Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Pretty Privilege & Co. LLC does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship within the U.S., U.S. Territories.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Pretty Privilege & Co. LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return and exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Pretty Privilege Co LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return or exchange policy and process.
Policy Details
You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it if items are damaged.
No refunds will be given but the item can be replaced by the same or different item of equal or lesser value. Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Products that has been used already. For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Return form and proof of damage with pictures.
Shipping Fees
You the customer are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Pretty Privilege Co LLC will cover shipping fees when Items are damaged and/or defective or Customer did not order item. All returns must be requested within 7 days from delivery before the purchase become final sale and returns will not be excepted.

Restocking Fees
Pretty Privilege Co LLC will charge and 5% restocking fee for purchases over $50.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Pretty Privilege Co LLC, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase, Return form. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds will not be given, damaged items received will be replaced or exchanged for the same or a different item of your choice after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the merchandise. Pretty Privilege & Co LLC will process your replacement with the same item or a different item of equal or lesser value not exceeding the original amount paid. Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days to process your return and exchange. Pretty Privilege Co LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your replacement item has shipped.
